We can't even imagine how long eternity is. Eternity goes on forever. Sometimes we have good times that we wish would never end - such as a party or a vacation or a visit by a friend from out of town. But they do come to an end. Eternity, however, never ends. God is eternal, and he has given us eternal life. If we know Jesus, we will live forever with him, someday in heaven, after our life on earth comes to an end.
